The show never says the name, but shows the front of the building, so I asked a friend who knows Japanese to translate. She came up with “Tripe Dojo,” but Trip Advisor has it under this name. Tony goes whole-hog at this place: tripe, raw liver, kidney, tongue, and heart. He definitely embraces “horumonyaki.” (NR2.1, 2006)

*CLOSED* Truly a mom and pop shop, Tony visited this spot every time he went to Osaka, and raved about the sushi. Otoro tuna, anago, hamo eel, unagi, and abalone are among his selection. Unfortunately, the couple running it have recently decided to close up shop. (NR2.1, 2006)
